Gary & Judith McLoughlin are both from County Armagh in the north of Ireland, having been raised and married there. They decided on a move to United States in 1996 and settled in Atlanta GA where they started a family and launched a business called 'Shamrock & Peach' - a little slice of Ireland in the South where Judith, as a chef and author, teaches and cooks, along with leading tours to Ireland.

Together, they wrote two highly acclaimed cookbooks - 'the Shamrock and Peach', and ' A Return to Ireland', building on Judith's culinary talents and Gary's artistic flair. - They cherish their Irish culture and identity and love to share Celtic Spirituality and life through their books, classes and tours of Ireland which they lead every year.
